Safar is a product of Asadi Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration number 999.110.1578383).

Safar publishes travel information about Armenia and designs trips. Designed by Safar. Fulfilled by an approved local partner.

When you send a request, Safar passes it on: a person at Safar reads it and checks what can actually run, and an approved local partner arranges it. Safar is not the operator of the tour, transfer or stay.

Safar designs each Experience and describes it as designed, including any hosted parts it intends. For each request, the approved local partner who would fulfil it confirms which parts it will run as described. Anything that differs is written into the terms the traveller receives, and nothing is agreed until the traveller has said yes to those terms.

A request is not a booking. Nothing is held or charged.

Sending a request does not create a contract for travel services and does not oblige you to go ahead. Nothing is booked until you say yes to what is offered to you.

You must be 18 or older to send a request.

Safar takes no payment and holds no card.

The partner arranges the service, sets the price and takes payment. Payment goes to that partner.

The partner who arranges and runs the journey is named to you before you confirm or pay anything.

Your agreement for the service itself is with that partner.

Prices appear only as the partner states them. Where a page shows no price, the price is confirmed to you after your request, with the partner named, before you decide.

Cancellation and refund terms are the partner's. They are shown to you before you confirm.

You can withdraw a request at any time before you confirm, by writing to Safar.

Safar's guides are written to help you decide. Entry rules, opening times, road and weather conditions change, and the official source for each is the authority that sets it. Check anything your trip depends on before you travel.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Nothing in them removes rights that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
